SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we print all orders on-demand; there is typically a 5-10 day window in which the items you order are being printed and prepared for shipment. 

Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders $60 USD and greater.

A customs duty fee may be applied when you receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.

We accept most exchanges and returns as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn't been visibly worn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received. 

Our goal is to make exchanges and refunds as easy as possible for you. Please email our team at info@mankindwellness.net to let us know what's going on and we'll figure out the best and most timely way to get everything resolved for you. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept most exchanges and returns as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn't been visibly worn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days of when your order was received. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@mankindwellness.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
